Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from DreamTee. If you receive a damaged product or if there's a manufacturing error, we're here to help!

  • Customers have 15 days after delivery to process a return. Please note that because every product is made to order, returns and exchanges are not supported if you order the incorrect size, design, or color.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
  • To start a return, please visit the "Process a Return" tab at the bottom of the page and follow the provided steps. Please allow up to one week for us to process these requests. When sending return packages, we recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. Customers are responsible for purchasing the return shipping label on their own.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
